GIGWELL LAUNCHES FREE BOOKING TOOLS FOR ARTISTS, AGENTS, AND VENUES
Build artist offers, performance contracts, riders, profit projections, radius clauses, & settlement reports -free.
Every show has two stages.
There’s the one everybody sees: lights up, room full, artist on. Then there’s the other one, buried in inboxes, spreadsheets, attachments, and last-minute calls. That’s where the offer gets shaped, the contract gets signed, the green-room asks get sorted, and the settlement gets worked out after load-out.
For established agencies and venues, that back office is part of the machinery. For a new agent, independent artist, or first-time talent buyer, it can feel like a locked room.
Gigwell just opened the door.

WHAT ARE GIGWELL’S FREE BOOKING TOOLS?
Gigwell’s Free Booking Tools are seven no-cost online builders and calculators for the day-to-day work behind a live show. Artists, booking agents, promoters, talent buyers, and venue teams can use them to create offers, contracts, riders, show-profit projections, radius clauses, and settlement reports. They’re live now at freetools.gigwell.com, and you don’t need a paid Gigwell subscription to use them.
No giant software rollout. No digging through old attachments for a contract and hoping the important parts made it across. Pick the job in front of you, add the details, and walk away with something built for the live business.
WHY PROFESSIONAL BOOKING PAPERWORK MATTERS
Live music has never had a shortage of people willing to figure things out as they go. That’s practically an industry tradition. But resourcefulness only gets you so far when money, travel, production, and cancellation terms are on the line.
A vague offer creates room for two different versions of the deal. A thin contract leaves everyone exposed. A rider assembled in a notes app can miss the one detail production actually needed. And when settlement starts at 1:00 a.m., nobody wants to discover that the math lives in three different spreadsheets.
The problem isn’t ambition. It’s having access to the basic working documents that make a booking feel buttoned-up.
“For years, the only way to get real booking infrastructure was to already be big enough to afford it. That’s backwards.” — Jeremie Habib, CEO of Gigwell
Habib came into the business the way plenty of people do: bootstrapped, self-taught, and learning by trial and error. Gigwell has spent more than a decade building software for agencies, managers, promoters, and venues. These free tools take some of that experience and put it in the hands of anyone trying to get a show over the line.
That includes the artist booking their own run, the agent building a first roster, the promoter testing the numbers before making an offer, and the venue team trying to clean up what happens between confirmation and doors.
The unglamorous stuff is usually what keeps the night from going sideways.
WHICH FREE BOOKING TOOLS ARE AVAILABLE?
The first release covers seven documents and decisions that come up again and again when you’re booking shows.

ARTIST OFFER SHEET BUILDER
Turn event details, deal terms, and a payment schedule into a clean offer sheet. Both sides get the same version of the deal before the contract starts moving.
ARTIST CONTRACT BUILDER
Build a performance contract with cancellation terms and rider attachments included. It’s made for an actual live booking, not a generic services agreement with the nouns swapped out.
SHOW PROFIT CALCULATOR
Run the room before you confirm it. Plug in ticket revenue, artist costs, and show expenses to find the break-even point and see how the deal might land.
ARTIST SETTLEMENT GENERATOR
Bring ticket sales, expenses, commissions, and payments into one settlement report. The idea is simple: clear math, a clear final payout, and fewer questions the morning after.
HOSPITALITY RIDER BUILDER
Create a practical artist rider covering dressing rooms, meals, local transport, and other hospitality details. Enough structure to be useful, without turning a club date into a stadium production.
TECHNICAL RIDER BUILDER
Build the production document: stage plot, input list, sound requirements, and lighting notes. The information the crew needs, organized before advance day becomes show day.
RADIUS CLAUSE GENERATOR
Draft radius language around geography, blackout dates, and festival rules. Because “no nearby shows” isn’t precise enough when calendars and ticket markets are involved.
Each tool solves one job. Together, they cover a big stretch of the road from first offer to final settlement.
FREE TOOLS OR A FULL BOOKING PLATFORM?
Here’s the difference: the free collection is built for the job in front of you. Need an offer today? Build one. Need to get a rider out before the production call? Do that. No subscription is required.
Gigwell’s full platform is still the connected system for teams running an entire booking operation, with contacts, calendars, contracts, payments, advancing, and tour logistics all moving together. Productivity Suite serves agencies, Artist Essentials is built for independent artists managing their own dates, and Talent Buyer Pro supports venues, promoters, and buyers.
The free tools are the on-ramp, not a stripped-down dashboard pretending to be the whole highway.
“Whether someone is booking their first tour, building a new agency, or buying talent for a venue, they should be able to walk in looking professional.” — Jeremie Habib
NEXT UP: A LITTLE MORE HELP IN THE ROOM
Gigwell is already working on what comes next. An AI Contract Reviewer is planned to flag missing terms and risky language before a booking contract gets signed. An AI Offer Assistant, AI Tour Router, Artist Fee Estimator, Venue Operations Copilot, and EPK builder are also in development.
Those tools are aimed at the questions that usually call for experience, a trusted colleague, or both: Is this clause doing what I think it is? Does this route make sense? Is the fee realistic for this room? What am I missing before doors?
The point isn’t to automate the relationships out of live music. Booking still runs on taste, trust, timing, and knowing who’ll pick up the phone. It’s about giving more people a solid operational floor, so they can spend less time rebuilding basic paperwork and more time putting the right artist in the right room.
Because the show is the part fans remember. But getting the unglamorous stuff right is how the show happens at all.
